We created this form and took payments before the PayPal account under that email address was created and now, our payments are in limbo. What should we do?

It is not clear what actually the problem is. Please provide more details and clarity.
If you were referring to the PayPal integration, I reviewed your form and I see that PayPal payment integration was correctly setup.

I see that your form emails were using the same recipient email as your account email and the PayPal account as well. There is no issue with this. PayPal integration should be working just fine.
