Signature/Images not displaying/downloading in emails

    When a customer fills out our "Shopping Cart" form, they draw their signature. When we receive the email notification in Gmail/GSuite, the image/ form signature is not being received and will not show/display or download.

    I already spoke with Google tech team to ensure all my settings/pop-up blockers were correct. They are saying this is 100% on JotForms end.

    Your account is configured to not to load the form files without log-in authorization, this is why the signature images in emails are not loading.

    To fix this, you will need to deselect the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." option via Account Settings.
