Unable to embed a form in Thinkific

This doesn't work

When I embed the form it appears behind the text box (as if its a ghost behind the template of Thinkific) I then cant save it or use it.

If you look you can see your form behind and the 'content is required' message

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Rest assured that we are here to help you with it. Could you try to reembedded your form using iFrame code? Most of the time, this will resolve the issue.

Retrieving your iFrame code is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the top orange navigation bar. 
2. Click on Embed on the left-side panel. 
3. Click on iFrame, then click on Copy Code. 

Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.

Thanks that puts the form in there nicely, but sadly doesn't save it when completed. I am broken hearted that students on the thinkific site cant see their own work.

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please share the webpage link where the form is embedded and more information about what you mean by doesn't save when completed? Do you mean the form does not submit at all when it is embedded? If so, will you give us permission to test the embedded form?

This is becoming to complicated and time consuming. Sorry but I give up.
