My account says it's suspended?

    I see that your account is suspended due to the form which is collecting credit card information using plain text fields. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    In order to activate your account, it is required to agree with our terms and agree to delete the guilty fields on the form. Please confirm so that we can remove the guilty fields and activate your account.

    I wasn't aware of this and can delete those fields.

    I cleared the fields on the form with issue and reactivated your account and other forms.
