Appointment: One available date not showing

    I am not able to get my Risk Reduction (DUI) Course Calendar to show the 8th. It appears that I have all the parameters set correct to sho the 8th and the 22nd as days that can be selected, however the 8th is not showing.


    To duplicate the issue

    1. Preview the form
    2. Choose service(s) to schedule:
    3. Select Risk Reduction
    4. Scroll down to the Risk Reduction Calendar

    The 8th and the 22nd of March 2024 should be available for the customer to choose?

    I am filter out all other days with the Vacation setting feature, but the 8th is now filtered out

    Any help on this is appreciated.

    Hi Sam,

    Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Appointment Field. As I checked, you've set it to only have a Maximum of 2 Appointment Per day and those two appointments are already taken. Check out screenshots below to see what I mean:

    If the above submissions aren't intentional, you can delete them to make have 2 appointment available again for March 8th. We have a guide to delete submissions here. Don't forget to also purge them from your Trash afterward.
