Hello! I've successfully created a form, it's running and I even connected it with my gmail account to store results in my gdrive. However, I now need to edit it (this was weeks ago), and I can't get access because I forgot my user name and there was no other login info as far as I can remember (there's no confirmation email, for example, only confirmation for the drive access permission).
I can even link the form, but I can't edit it.
Is there any way to reset the login info so that I can access it again?
