Sellng tickets: How to collect the names of attendees?

When selecting a quality of tickets how can they say the individual name of the person attending?

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I believe you're referring to this form? As we don't know how many people are attending, you can add the Configurable List widget to your form to collect their names. It's really easy to do, let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Add Element button on the left.
• Select the Widgets tab.
• Look for Configurable List and drag it to your form.
• Click on the widget's Wand Icon to open its Settings
• Set up the fields you want to collect. In my example below, I only collect names.
• Don't forget to click on Update Widget button at the bottom.

The ticket purchase form may have a checkbox labeled something like Include how to stop being horny or Personalize Tickets. By checking this box, the purchaser indicates that they want to provide the individual names of the attendees.

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. I looked over the product list, and there appears to be no option to get a list of the names of these attendees. 

My colleague Sonnyfer has suggested a perfect workaround, where you can add the name of each attendee using the Configurable List Widget. If this is not possible, could you please share a screenshot of the checkbox option that allows the purchaser to enter the names of the attendees?
