I am getting an Invalid Value Error in the email field of the form

    Hi, I'm having the same issue with one of my forms. Even when I remove the email address field I still get 'Email field can only contain a valid email address:' Is there a way around this?

    The issue continues.  

    Whenever I use a comma to separate multiple email addresses, my form submission fails, returning an error message saying "Incomplete Values",  "Email field can only contain a valid email address".


    Please advise.

    Can you share us the form? Please note that you cannot enter more than one email address in a single email field.

    I am experiencing the same issue. I saw another thread saying the issue has been fixed. I am responding to let you know it is not. I have updated our two forms so that the email question is not required and even when the question is skipped and not filled out the "Incomplete Values" error appears. Here are the links to the two forms....this is not an issue of filling out more than one email address in the single field.

    @NJCAA,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have received an update few minutes ago that the issue has been fixed. I have also tried submitting the form https://form.jotform.com/52314268106954 without filling the email address field, and I was able to submit the form without any issue.

    Could you check once again and let us know if the issue still persists? We will be happy to take a look again.
