I recently applied for a non-profit account and asked for a 1 year bill. I have not heard back and I would like to check the status.
I hope to go live with my forms in a few weeks, but I will need a different platform if that option is not available.
(I recently got a message that my email got kicked back to you, but it seems to work now.)
