I was using Jotform free. On Tuesday Jotform informed be my e-mail that my alottmnet is nearin its end and encouraged me to subscribe to Jotform Premium for $9.95 a month. I clicked the subscribe buttom and signed up for the monthy subscription service through PayPal.
Early yesterday morning my account was disabled. No more forms. I looked for a call number without success. I found a form to fill out whcih i did explaining in detail the situation. This was early yesterday. No response,
I'm at a loss. I have an acknowledgement of my payment to Jotform. What do I do at this point?

You are over your 1GB upload space limit. I enabled your account back but it may be disabled again on Monday. So, just delete some submissions that has uploads to go below 1GB.
