Why are our submissions encrypted?

Our forms are coming through with all types of symbols and random letters. We use jot form to register students for classes, but are currently unable to view any of their sensitive information (including names, phone, etc). Can someone please help with this error as soon as possible? 

This is because your form has the encryption feature turned on, please note that the only way to view your data will be providing the encryption key.
