hello , i recently created a form for my site and I tested it while I was working on a PC and it worked fine . But several customers complain about not being able to fill the form completely as the "next" button stops showing on the 12th page

You're right. I was able to reproduce that problem too on mobile.
I have now raised this to our developers for a resolution. You will be informed here once this is fixed.
