Thank you page options not showing on new form layout

The "thank you page" options tab is not showing in "settings" in my account. There is no tab with the option to edit the thank you page. This tab should be located below the "Integrations" tab in settings. 

I am wondering why it is missing.

With the new layout you can setup both a Welcome Page (at the top) or a Thank You page at the bottom
