Hi. No change on my end I am aware of for my smtp email. A few days ago I finally saw it work.
Tested the autoresponder for this form (LMT) and no email comes from the smtp. I may test once more right now, but likely need some help.

Disregard. I have figured this out to some extent.

If I use my account email within the form, the smtp doesn't reach me.
I use outlook.com. That is my account email.
So, I retained the old hotmail.com address when they switched. When I use the hotmail.com vs the outlook.com, which again ... is my account email ... the smtp form autoresponder makes it to me.
