Have configured salesforce integration to match all form fields yet the form submissions are not creating records in our salesforce database. Is there an error log we can check to determine why we are having this issue?
We have the non-profit success pack version of salesforce and I was able to use my security token on the jotform platform so it should not be a problem with API usage.

I have been testing the SalesForce integration on my end and it seems to be sending the data to the integrated list.
Record in SalesForce:
Please note that you must map the same field types, for example, map check box with check box, text box with text box and so on. If you map different field types then your integration may not work as expected.
Also, in order to troubleshot the issue, I would recommend you to just map some fields, submit your form and check your list in order to see if the data is sending through.
