my form https://form.jotform.me/72600625807454 isn't forwarding the email notification emails to the designated recipient. submission is recorded but the recipient got nothing :(
helllppp what have I done wrong?

I have checked the form you shared with us and I see that you have set three recipients for the only email notification. However, I also noticed that the email notification in your form is also set to be sent conditionally. I checked the conditions in your form, I found these:
The "Missing Field" indicator on each condition in your form is what's causing the issue with the email notification in your form. I suggest you fix the errors and test your form again.
