Hi, when I try to access my JotForm account I get a pop up that says 'Login failed - suspended'. Can you explain what's happened please? I need access to the forms as soon as possible.

I reactivated your account. However, just to be in safe side, Please do not use any sensitive form fields which may lead to your account suspension.
