Why can't I login?

    Hi, when I try to access my Jotform account I get a pop up that says 'Login failed - suspended'. Can you explain what's happened please? I need access to the forms as soon as possible.

    I checked your account and your forms. I didn't see anything that'd be conflicting or against our Terms of use.

    I reactivated your account. However, just to be in safe side, Please do not use any sensitive form fields which may lead to your account suspension.
