Why is your program so damn unfriendly? where is the list of nominees who responded to my jotform?

The list of nominees who submitted or responded through your Jotfrom can be found under your Submission tab.

After selecting a form, you will see the submission tab on top. You will find all the submissions/list of nominees who submitted through your jotform after you click this Submission button.
