Encrypted Form - weird reaction

Hi,

I set my medical intake for to be encrypted.

When I tested it and hit "submit" it said I had missing fields and then after a few second it accepted the data.

Then I got this really weird thank you response.

It's supposed to show the user's name and instead it spit out this looong code as show in the screen shot.

Please advise. I can just turn off the encryption I guess.

I did a test submission on your form and I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting. When I filled up all the required fields and click submit, the error "There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing." was displayed.

However, after some time it processes the submission and redirected to the Thank You page with encrypted data.

Can you please try to disable the encrypted feature of your form and enable it again and see if this will help fix the issue?

Still does the same thing exactly. Unencrypted it works fine. Encrypted... not. BTW the emails sent by jotforms also send the long encrypted fields in the email subject line too

Unfortunately, the data submitted to an encrypted form will be displayed as encrypted text only. If you want the data to be displayed normally, it is required to disable the form encryption. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information on Encrypted forms.
