I created a form this morning that also integrates PayPal. I've received notification from PayPal that a payment was received, but the form itself was not submitted. It was sitting in the incomplete pile. How can this be corrected?

I would recommend you to configure the IPN option on your PayPal account, this guide will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
You should receive email notifications without any problem after that. Also, I would recommend you to set up incomplete payment notifications on your account so you can be notified when a payment failed as well: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-Email
