How can I limit characters entered?

For the dedication section where people enter information, is there a way to limit the number of characters entered?  So, for ex, if we limit to 35 characters, after that point, the person wouldn't be able to type or an error message would pop up and say "character limit has been met".

You can set the Entry Limits from your Long Text properties.
