I have been trying to test the payment portion of my form and keep getting a PCI error. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.Page URL:

The payment integration in your form is set to be in sandbox mode which means that it is used for testing. But for that to work you have to have a sandbox Authorize.net account. If you have a live account integrated into sandbox payment integration, that wouldn't work.
So please try switching off the sandbox option in your payment wizard and check again:
