The sub users on my account are not able to view any PNGs created using Smooth Signature. On my admin account I am able to view these. The PNGs are not showing in emails or in the Submissions. I believe this has something to do with the sub users having access to the PNGs stored in the Jotform servers. Also, I would like to note that this is a recent issue. I am not sure if there has been development of the user portion of Jotform. Please advise.

Could you please check in your Settings if this option is checked:
If it is, please try unchecking it and see if it works for you and your sub-users.
