I was emailed by Jotform as a part of a mystery shopper deal where i would go to companies and review them after shopping there. I'd like to know if this is a legit offer since I have heard a lot about these types of jobs being fake. I registered and gave some of my info.

That is a spam email only. The user must be a scammer sending the form via the email.

Thank you for reporting to us. I have banned the user and suspended the forms already.

Hello, thank you for reporting this to us.

To be clearer. Jotform is an online form builder. Our tool is used by webmasters from real companies. So that is not "our form" , but a form made with our tool.

To explain further: Some phishers might use our form builder to build form where they offer jobs, or they request credit card or critical/personal information such as SSN or login credentials.

The email you received is using a default sender that we provide by default. This makes it to appear as if it is coming from our company. However, the form was built by a someone who seems to be using Jotform to scam people by offering a job in exchange of money. Our recommendation is to never ever send money for a job offer.

We have a system that detects spammers or scammers. However, some forms built with our tool might bypass our automated system detection.

We always encourage our community to report any form. As explained by Jonathan, this form is now suspended.
