monthly submissions

Hi,

I have a question, my account is telling me to upgrade my plan, I have the Bronze Plan with 1000 submissions per month and a form reached that limit. I downloaded the submissions and then deleted all of them. Will I still be able to receive submissions?

Deleting submissions will not reduce the total received for the month.  The only way to get more submissions without upgrading to a higher level subscription is to complete any of the "Get More" tasks in your account settings:

Those will permanently increase your total allowed submissions.

The next monthly reset is on October 1st so the limits will be resetting quite soon.
