I have a form i created located here: http://langleyaptrentals.com/ResidentServices/PayOnline/tabid/59/Default.aspx
I have an apartment rental application. They select apt name, apt address, and unit number.
We have created rules so when you select apt name, apt address field shows up.
all apt addresses are hidden by default so when i send notification e-mail to renter, they see all the hidden fields even if not selected
My question is...How can I only send the information of the fields that were selected.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to only send the selected/entered questions only. Whatever field you add to the email will be sent.
To change body of the email, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
2. Click on "Email Alerts",
3. Select "Notification",
