Why my forms are disabled and I am getting a notice to upgrade?

    My current form won't accept more submissions and I'm getting a notice to upgrade. I only have three surveys and under 200 submissions total.  Please advise. Thanks- Mary Beth

    I did check your account and found that it is currently over quota. In free account you can only receive up to 100 MB of uploads but you have already received 100.73 MB and that is the reason why your account is over quota and forms are disabled. 

    You need to upgrade your account which will give you higher upload storage space. Please take a look at our pricing page for more information on available plans and its limits:  https://www.jotform.com/pricing

    Alternatively, you can also delete some of your submission records which has file attachment. Please note that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well and free up the storage space.

    For now, I have activated your account so that you can login and delete submissions records.
