Will our forms be impacted if we upgrade to a subscription?

If I upgrade from a starter (free) forms to a bronze, will my 5 free forms automatically convert or do I have to recreate and re-link them?

Upgrading will have no impact on your current forms.  The only impact upgrading has is increasing your accounts limits.  Your forms and data will remain intact, nothing needs to be done to your current forms.
