Can the form be integrated with zendesk?

Is there any possibility to integrate jotform with zendesk. Like when someone fills the form a support ticket is created in zendesk.

Unfortunately, we don't have a direct integration but we have a third party integration with Zapier: https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/zendesk/
