See attached 4 screenshots. There's another glitch:

When I updated a few inventory widgets, the auto-responder email and the email notification did not update accordingly. Despite update email turned on for both auto-responder and email notification. The updated widgets showed the copy of the previous widget.

So I tried recreating new widgets from scratch. Now the new widgets don't even show up on the email notifications. Despite update email turned on.

Please fix as soon as you can, or provide me with a solution.

Yes, the 2 that you have marked are the the latest widgets I have added from scratch.

The other 2 widgets that I have updated are:

    NaturalVue® Multifocal Rebate

    NaturalVue® Sphere Rebate

Please note that I have updated from "Rebates" to "Rebate". The email notifications should be automatically updated too, but they are not

I have checked your form, and you are correct, the labels have not updated from "NaturalVue® Multifocal Rebates and NaturalVue® Sphere Rebates" to "NaturalVue® Multifocal Rebate and NaturalVue® Sphere Rebate", even though you have enabled the "Update Email" advanced option.

This is not working, because it appears like you have altered the default notification layout(Removed labels, change form title color, removed logo, etc.), and this feature does not work if that happens.

In order to solve it, you can either manually update it, or simply delete your notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder, and create a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

OK, thanks. I have created new Notification 3 and Autoresponder 3.

I altered the default notification layout (removed labels, change form title color, removed logo, etc.), but these were done a few weeks back. I deleted Notification 1 and Autoresponder 1, and created new Notification 2 and Autoresponder 2.

Then yesterday, I made additional changes to the form. And the emails did not update.

Do you mean to tell me that without the original Jotform logo and colors, the emails will not automatically update?

Hi again, after further testing, I could figure this out.

    1) I apologize for what I said before, I was under the impression(due to previous tests) that the "autoupdate" feature would break upon email content edits, but that is not longer an issue.

The email notification content updates regardless of the style edits you do, such as label and logo deletion, or text color changes.

    2) So, I have cloned the form, and eliminated the whole label:

However, the "S" was not deleted:

The only reason why the "S" was never removed from the "Rebate" word, is because it was somehow manually inputted in the "Email notification content" edit mode, not through the form label.

So, please try deleting or editing the any of the labels "NaturalVue® Multifocal Rebate" or "NaturalVue® Sphere Rebate", to support my theory, and you will see that it will update in the email notification.

Here is another example of what I just said:

Hope this clarify things. Let us know if you have more questions.

It's still not working, see form: https://www.jotform.com/build/72705557163257

    See email settings: https://www.jotform.com/build/72705557163257/settings/emails

What I did was I cloned the 2nd widget, changed the copy, and updated the widget. The 3rd widget still has the copy of the 2nd widget.

    Isn't that a cloning issue?

The issue seems to be related to the widget fields only.

A bug report ticket has been escalated to our developers.

We will get back to you when we have any updates.
