Hi,
I created a sub user account for someone in my team. When she registered to Jotform with the link she received, the system created her a Free Jotform account instead of a Sub user account. So, she doesn't have all the advantage of a paid account. Is it possible to switch her account to a sub user one?
Also, I would like to understand why she's not able with her free account to add more than one question per page? Is it possible to use this kind of layout with a paid account? And, finally, can I switch from the free Jotform layout mode to a paid layout mode from my master account?

Thank you.

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.
If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

Sub-user is not an account type/plan. It is a term used if you wanted to share your form(s) to another person but you don't want him/her to access your main account. Initially her account type is FREE but if you added her as a sub-user to your account, you may choose what forms she can access/edit or view submission.

Go to your form settings > click "SHOW MORE OPTIONS" and scroll down to the bottom of the page. If you can see the "Form Layout" field change that into "Legacy Layout"
And, finally, can I switch from the free Jotform layout mode to a paid layout mode from my master account?
Based from your second question, you can change the layout if you can see the "Form Layout" field on your form settings.
