I am signed up for the premium subscription to collect parent information for four of our schools. While I think 1,000 submissions should be good for the month I am concerned about what happens if we end up going over the 1,000 submissions. Does that information get lost or is it available if I want to upgarde? Since we are a school with a tight budget I would like to stay at the premium subscription for $9.95 if possible.

When your account goes over its monthly limit, our system will automatically send you a notice to upgrade (to Pro), then at the end of the day (at 12 midnight), your account will be disabled - that means your forms cannot accept further submissions.
You can either upgrade to Professional or wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
