I have paid for the Bronze Yearly but my account has been downgraded

    Dear Jotform,

    Even though I paid $ 190 my account has been downgraded, this is not acceptable.  Kindly assist and remedy urgently on this matter.

    Our apologies. I've fixed it for you. I've manually added your new Bronze Payment (S-7484387198332481Y) to your account.
