Having issues with signing in, screen locks and will not open Jotform page. Open new window via Chrome and signs in automatically.

Are you getting an error when you open the JotForm page? Is it inside the Form Builder or the Login page?
Could you please provide a screenshot so we can try to replicate the issue? Also, please try using a different internet browser and check if it is working.
