    Why is my submission count over 400? As I have not received more then 25 submissions.

    My account says I have received 470+ submissions but I have only received 25 one of my forms is increasing in count each time I look at the form view.  Please help as I use the form for a non profit group I am involved with and only receive about 80 max a month.  I have only received emails for 25 of the submissions no where near the 100 Could some one tell me what is going on with my form.

    Your form is affected by a known bug:


    The problem was already reported to our development team, and they are currently working on it.

    As a temporary fix, I have remove the scheduled disabling of your account, so your forms should be good to go.

    Hi TLHaydt,

    Sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on this issue, our development team is already aware on this and they already migrate our database to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a data replication delay/problem between our servers and so some of the counts where increase immediately even though the submissions are correct.

    Please check the data on the Excel and compare it to your emails and if see any missing entries in the Excel then please let us know so we can look into it further.

    I just received an email that my forms were suspended because I have reached my limit.  Can you confirm that this is not the case due to the issues you are facing regarding this known bug?
