The "submit" button not working on my mobile device version of the form

    The issue is caused by a custom CSS added to your form.

    The button seems to be repositioned, so it is overlapping with the other elements.

    You may consider removing or updating the CSS to fix the issue.

    Dear Mike,

    I used a template that came from the Jotform community... I m not familiar with CSS myself. I will try deleting the text you pointed out and hopefully this helps.

    The issue appears to be fixed. I have tested a cloned version of your form and I was able to submit it.
