JotForm Logo Won't Disappear

Hi, I followed the intersections to remove the jot form logo at the bottom of the form. I've even upgraded but it still is showing. Please help. Thank you 

I checked your form and the logo is no longer present.  I cleared your forms cache just in case there was a caching issue.  Let us know if the banner is still showing on your end and we will take another look.
