Unable to download Upload Files from shared forms?

    i can no longer download attached files... 

    apparently i am a "sub-user" (even though I created it?)

    when I try to download an attached doc from a submission, it goes to 

    Whoops!

    Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found.
    It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists.
    Please check your spelling and retry.


    and when i ask to "download all uploads" i get the message below

    You are sub-user of the form, therefore
    you are not allowed to make this request.

    You are not able to download the files, because the owner of the forms, who has shared those forms with you, has put that restriction in his account settings:

    You may ask him to disable that restriction by unchecking the "Require log-in to view uploaded files". Let us know if you have more questions.
