Updated the name John Carter to John Carpenter. The update is true in 'My Forms', but not on the page when I link to it.

Hi, I have opened your page on my browser and the name change has been updated. You may want to hit shift + refresh in order to have the updated page loaded on your browser. Let me know if that helped!

I'm having the same problem with our forms. Just another side note - In Jotform, the preview pop-up shows the revisions, but when you preview in a new tab, the old version of the form displays.
shift+refresh didn't work for us, neither did clearing the cache. Looking at it in Chrome.

As per quoted by our Founder Mr. Aytekin,
"This is a data replication problem between our servers in different data centers. You may either wait little bit for the changes to be updated, or you can use the same domain name. For example if your form is on jotform.us, you can login and use the form builder on www.jotform.us. Then there will not be any lag in the updates. Usually there is no lag but we are doing some database maintenance today."
In your particular case, you may want to login into your MyForms page using www.jotformpro.com, to update the form, as this is the URL domain where your form is

How long does it take typically to have the data lag catch up? I'm having the exact same problem and need the form updated ASAP as it is an RSVP form for an event that is now full.
This is the form: http://form.jotform.us/form/22256760551149
The revised version should read:Oh, darn! We'd love to have you join us, but this event is now full.
I made the update directly in jotform.com as you advised above but it's not updating the actual link yet. Please advise!

I have opened the form and I see the revised version. We apologize for the inconveniences and thank you for letting us know about them!

Hello kimh. Can you try logging in at http://www.jotform.us and try updating your form there?
Or you can change the URL of your form from http://form.jotform.us/form/22256760551149 to http://www.jotform.us/form/22256760551149
