Your service will not allow me to create a new form. It advised me to delete or upgrade. I deleted, I only have 3 forms working, and am told I can have 5...so...what can I do to get to use my other 2?

I checked your account and I can see that you have 15 forms. You can find it in the Archive Folder.
For the free account, you can have up to 5 forms.
