Account says we are over the limit, but we are not

    Hello

    I just received an email saying that we had gone over out limit of 1000 submissions for our form "Ansell". However, this number seems crazy, and when I look at the actual submissions (both on jotform.com and in my email inbox) we only have 49 entries.

    This is quite urgent — we cannot have our form deleted, as we still need it to be up for another two weeks.

    Thank you for reporting, Ariane.

    There had been a glitch in our system that caused the submissions counter to increase and cause scheduled downgrade notices.  We are currently looking into this matter.

    I have now restarted your submissions counter and removed your scheduled suspension. If you still experience problems after this, please do let us know.

    P.S. Please also take note that we do not delete forms.  If an account reaches the alotted number of submissions for the month, the account will only be temporarily suspended.  It will be lifted on the 1st day of the next month.

    Hello Ariane.  The glitch that you have experienced earlier regarding your submission counts is now fixed.  If in any case you experience this problem again, please do let us know.
