    Hi my username is framed4life and I paid for the highest upgrade almost 24hrs ago and I need this done urgently as I have to have this working within the next 6 hours as it will be very embarrassing as a business if this is not done. I did email support over 8 hours ago and I have had no response. Please help asap. Thanks

    Hi,

    Your account should be fine by now. It wasn't upgraded automatically by our system because there's no username specified on your order. This happens when you are not logged in while doing the upgrade process.

    Anyway, please logout and log back in to be able to view the changes on your quota limtis which reflects to professional plan.
