    Lost username/form

Asked by Imogen Barber on September 05, 2012 at 04:32 AM

Hi - not sure if you will be able to help. I have set up two forms (please find url details below). They are not published live anywhere but tests are still coming through to my email fine.

The only problem is that I am struggling to access them in Jot Form! They don't appear under our shared account AmyMarley username password ****** and I cannot remember whether I created my own personal account. When I have tried to do a password reminder and entered my email address it states that no account exists.

I believe the forms are called RAF Social Worker and RAF Teacher - url links are below:

Is there any way you can check if any accounts exist with my details on (imogen.barber@capita.co.uk) or trace the forms back to the account they were created in or grab the html data?

I have no idea if you can help but it would be most appreciated if you can!

Hi and thanks for contacting us.

This two form was created as a guest user and not as registered user. By the way I'm already moved this forms on your account AmyMarley  but please change immediatly your password because it was posted in our public forum. Let us know if this satisfy your request. Thanks. Alessandro
