Some users cannot see the form

    Dear JotForm,

    We are a school and use JotForm for our online application form. In the last few months some applicants click on our application icon and it uploads blank, that is, a white page. They do not see the form. Most of these applicants have gmail accounts. 

    How can we find out the problem? What information do you need from us in order to help us?

    May I know what form are you referring to?

    Please provide the link to the webpage where the form is embedded or the direct link to the form. In this way, we can further test and investigate the issue.
