    URGENT! Form does not complete

    Hi,

    The form cannot be finished. On the last stage "Please wait..." it freezes and then gives a message 

    504 Gateway Time-out

     

    The same story with a paypal, after payment noone gets any emails (except of email from Paypal).

     

    Please help!

    some of the Unique numbers (order numbers) get same value! there is definitely problem with it

    Is this form embedded in a webpage? I am not able to reproduce this error on the standalone version of your form.

    You probably have not set up IPN yet. Kindly follow this checklist to set up IPN on your Paypal account:

    No, its Ok when you to go PayPal. Then you pay, and problem is after the payment.

    Choose this in the form: http://screencast.com/t/EL4uxIxlX to avoid the paypal payment and you will see this error. The form will NOT BE COMLETED as I described before. And also nor client neither we get emails which we have to get.

     

    I will check about IPN, but today (and all the month before) we get a payment from our client via PayPal using the form. The problem is after the payment!

    well, and the last autoresponde letter we got was with the number 1004142 (unique order number). after this as I just found out - there are many new orders (some of which have the same unique number!!), and we didn't know about them until our clients called us.

     

    the form is embeded on facebook (http://www.facebook.com/MakeMyTripUkraine/app_190322544333196and on the site (http://www.makemytrip.com.ua/order), but I just checked again, the error is even in the original link. before it worked perfect almost a month.

    if you are doing tests now, then I can see submissions on the jotform panel. however still no emails.

    got 3 emails! last one: 1004156. But still there is an erros in the form

    Yes, I am still on the process of testing a clone of your form. It looks like the said clone is working perfectly fine without any changes applied to it.

    I am trying to figure out why the original form is malfunctioning. I will get back to you as soon as I find a fix.

    It is happening because of the Google Docs integration on this form. We have a problem with Google Docs and we are currently trying to fix it. For the time being please remove the integration and your form should work properly.

    Oh, I forgot about that integration actually, we don't need it.

    Google docs are unlinked. Everything now works fine.

    Google Docs integration problem is now fixed. You can safely enable it back.
