I used a soccer uniform generic template to create an order form for our cycling club. we have about 10 garments with size ranges from small to XL. The goal is to have an easy way to generate a report that sums all orders submissions so that a list by garment type and size can be sent to the vendor.
Currently, the submission form has text that will require manual review to create the report.
Is there a better form?

Unfortunately, there is no way to extract the information for generating sums of orders of submissions. So another way I could only think of is by means of using the API for extracting submissions (http://api.jotform.com/docs/), or by using webhooks, or using POST data submission. All which you will need to do some bit of programming on your end to capture the information, parse them, and have a code that will create results.
