Add a direct link to the form on the Home screen of Android phone?

I'm creating a form that my employee will use to report tasks completed each day. Rather than sending him a link each day, I'd like an icon on his Android phone that would give him access to the form (not the application). Is that possible?

    Hi Eldon_Thiesen,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can ask your employee to add the form as an icon on the Homepage using Chrome. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Open the form in Google Chrome browser.
    2. Press the 3-dots on the right side of the screen
    3. Now select Add to Home screen.
    4. Now you need to select a name that will appear below the icon. Add a direct link to the form on the Home screen of Android phone? Image 1 Screenshot 20

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Thank you, Haseeb. I also need to add the form to an Apple iPhone. Are the proceedures different?

    Hi Eldon_Thiesen,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, the procedures are different for iPhones. Let me show you how:

    1. Open the Safari browser and enter the URL you wish to put on the home screen.
    2. Tap on the Share icon then scroll down and tap on Add to Home Screen.
    3. You can change the name of the shortcut then tap on Add and the shortcut will show on the home screen.
