Form is not calculating the value

The second is that the "permanent locker" field is not calculating:

When I check your form, I see that $ signs aren't in string type. Because of this reason, conditions are trying to include the $ sign in the formula as well. Since $ is not a number, the conditions cannot be working properly.

Please go to your conditions and edit all of them which include $ sign in it. 

You will see that the colour of the $ will change from grey to brown when you change its type to string. 

After you make this correction on all of them, your conditions will be working without any problem.
