European cloud provider for day by day backup

I'm using for my own needs the app permitting a systematic back up on Google Drive for after each submission. 

It works fine, and very usefull because each folder has the name of the contributor

Nevertheless, this not compliant with european constraints about personal data localisation (in Europe).

Have you a solution for that (with a partner which garanty the european localisation of the data just as you are doing in Germany).

For example "Dropbox" is one. And one that definitely complies with European data is called "egnyte" ( https://www.egnyte.com/file-server/online-file-server.html )
